Refund Policy

At Nakashi Jewels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not initiate any refunds once the product has been delivered unless there is an immediate escalation regarding a defect by the receiver.

 

Buy Back Terms
 

60% Cash Refund: If you choose cash as your preferred refund method, we will repurchase your item at a 40% deduction from the original invoice amount. This means you will receive a cash refund for 60% of the invoice amount, provided the refund request is made within one year from the invoice date. This option ensures you get a substantial portion of your original purchase price back in cash.
 

70% Exchange Value: If you wish to exchange a product, we will apply a 30% deduction from the invoice amount. The remaining 70% can be used towards acquiring a new product or obtaining a discount on another item within one year from the invoice date.

Important Notes

• Refunds and exchanges are only applicable if the request is made within one year from the invoice date.

• Refunds or exchanges will not be processed if there is no immediate escalation about the defect upon delivery.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is found to be in a non-resalable condition.
